Took this in the summer. I was working on a floor at work and he came out from the wall to say hi. So I took him outside and shoot him :)

Very well done, Erv. I think #3 is the best of the three in that it does make it up close and personal (yeah, I know I used that phrase in another post about a spider, but it still fits). The exposure, colors, and those indefinable feelings are enhanced by this view, at least to me.
Good job, sir.
Wonderful Macro. Eye shine and perfect focus shows what a macro should look like. Take heed, all you macro shooters out there.
I really like the first one. I also like that you, like me, take spiders outdoors instead of stepping on them.

I like the second best. The third would be better with a little more depth of field (I wish physics would let us have it all--shutter speed AND depth of field.)

I would have jumped and then screamed (or both at the same time)! I know for sure I wouldn't take his picture, especially close up! Eww
