I've been using PSP since version 6, but not for any serious PP on digital photos. Now that I'm spending more time behind the camera, I would like to increase my knowledge of PP with the software.
I've been looking at purchasing the book "Photo Restoration and Retouching Using Corel PaintShop Photo Pro X4" by Robert Correll. What I was wondering if anyone has any other ideas in regard to PSP X4. I google it but don't seem to be able to find much specific help with the current version of the program.

Did you look on You Tube ?
I too have been using Corel PaintShop Pro for some time. I now have the new version Pro X4 and find it to be the best version ever!! That said Not knowing what new books on the subject are available I would reccomend the old "PaintShop Pro Photo X2 " book by Ken McMahon. A lot of useful information which is transferable to the current software. Check for a new book by this author he may have something more current it was published by "Focal Press"
Have fun learning this new software!! I have !! My only concern about X4 and previous versions is that they are not compatable with Man OS.

Barry: Check with your local library system(s) & see if the book is available for loan & review before you spend bucks on it.
check youtube for PSP X3.. although there are changes and improvements in PSP X4, most of the basics are the same..
