Excellent, you have enough pics for my coat. It's about to get cold up north.

I thought mink turned white during winter, and are called Ermin.

Nicely done with the head shots, but my favorite is the one with the fish held in his mouth. It says wild mink in a big photographic way.

Thanks everyone for looking and for your kind comments!

Those four pics were from this morning. Here are a few from my recent files.

I am sure it must take patience to catch these little critters with a camera--- amazed at how sharp you photos of them are.
You certainly captured their fun loving personality.

May I ask what kind of equipment you used for these mink shots? Also, how far away were you from your subjects? They are great shots! Thanks.

There you go again, Gator. When our burn ban is lifted, my stuff is going up in smoke. You have an amazing talent for wildlife photos. You should do a book on the wildlife in your area. I'm sure it would be in great demand. Have you got in touch with the DNR there? Bet they would be interested. Just a thought. Very nice.

#s 2 and 4 of the first posted, good work on a cute little
creature, and then the newer ones all great. You're fortunate to have a great little subject, but what you do
with it is so very good.

How adorable, why would someone want to wear them? Nice sharp images.

Gator, I think these are the first 'up close and personal' pictures of mink, that I can recall. Thanks for showing. They are so cute.
