Thanks for your comments. She is one of my favotites. I love to find unusual people in a crowd. Everyone else there was in shorts or jeans, so she just stood out.

Which program did you use to create this? I have done almost zero post production of my photos, but this looks like fun.

I used PS Elements 10. Once you learn all the features, its easy to produce pictures like this. i'm new to DSLR photography and have fun creating effects like this.
