If you are looking for a good beginners book look at; Scott Kelby's Digital Photography- this is a series of books found at most book stores. He is a very good teacher and doesnt go over your head.

it is on ebay,, 9.95 i bought it,, i think maybe first edition,, but for the price it is fun..another is NIGHT PHOTOGRAPHY GUIDE by Brent Pearson e-book,, for 9.95 but also says 19.95 same book,, so not sure about the price,,

i bought this book a year ago,, and only paid 9.97 dont know when it went up to 77. i enjoyed the book,, but not for 77..not worth it..check google or youtube,, maybe you can find a cheaper price around.. if i remember correctly,, i bought it off of ebay..hope this helps

yes,, also he has a photo school.. or i should say video library,, unlimited use for 199 a year,, u can find sales,, sometimes 150 for the year,, i really learned alot from it, also very entertaining..
