I bought the L-308s and use it occasionally. I would probably get the L-358 if I had a do-over because the L-358 measures ambient and flash simultaneously and indicates the percentage of flash in the total exposure. I paid retail price for my 308s. But, if someone had given me one I would have been tickled.
