Such a fun shot! This praying mantis landed on the underside of my flip flop which was laying in the grass. I picked up the sandle, turned it until he was backlit, then turned it on 45. All I had was my iphone in my pocket so that's what I used. He is reallly only about 2 inches tall but it looks like he's sitting on the patio and is huge. I love the spontaneous ones!
