Butterfly on granite in Yosemite

I do not recall what this butterfly is called. It has California in the name. It's an archive shot from a 2009 visit to Yosemite California.

F/8 @ 1/250 shutter duration. ISO 200.

105G Nikkor with some cropping

Thanks. I looked through my other butterfly photos-- and most were not very good. All OOF.
