Hi I'm new to UHH and new to photography, I had my Nikon D3100 for approx 8 months now. But took these shots completely manual trying to stay off auto and would like some feedback.

Ok, I'll try - in #1, you have a very large span of exposure to cover - from the snow to the shadow in the rocks. I would try to lower the highlights and boost the contrast (Just a little), and see if that is more like what you saw.
#2 - is that a "bald" tree with no bark, or is the light that different on the right-most tree? Is this true to what you saw, or is it boosted in PP ?
#3 - These have a green cast - is it moss or ivy, that the snow couldn't kill? If you have a tighter crop, (Or closer viewpoint), maybe the increased detail would tell the story better.
