I am going on a day trip to Key West in about a month. Looking for any hidden gem locations anyone might know since I won't have much time to explore while I'm there.
Thanks.
Shoot the city from the roof top bar at the La Concha hotel and be at Mallory Sqare an hour before sunset.

Loc: Pittsburgh, Philadelphia now Hernando Co. Fl.
A couple of places I like are the Schooner Wharf Bar on William Street and the Green Parrot Bar on Whitehead Street.
Don't get stuck on Duval Street, There's a lot more to KW than just that.

Don't forget the life like statues near the port.
Key West need more than ONE day :)
The Garden Club at West Martello on Higgs Beach - free admission; the museum and grounds at East Martello on South Roosevelt. Walk through Bahama Village - Fort St, Petronia and Thomas Streets.
Thanks all, I will have to keep this in mind for next year. My son got sick and shortened my trip. He still got Disney, but no Key West for me until maybe next year. :(

I said, "Don't look, Ethel!" But it was too late. She'd already got a free shot. Grandstandin', right there in front of the home team.... :)
On a serious note, try the southern most point and for sure the Hemingway House and the 6-toed cats.
Hope you make it next year. Great place to visit ...and to,.ive.
