Hi Guys,
I think I shot that photo in 1965, but I can't remember how old Johnny was. Here is the shot I liked from the session .

WOW! I don't know where to start. Thank you everyone. It's nice for an old timer to be recognized by all you kids. I've got a little bounce in my step. I hope it lasts a while.

Great photography, quite an honor. I will certainly buy several rolls especially after hearing the price of postage is "AGAIN" going up.

To me, your shots are iconic, nothing less. Hearty congratulations, but surely your photos must have been used for promotional purposes and record sleeves? Have seen The Man in Black many times when he visited the UK and always enjoyed his music - great memories, thanks for posting.

You are right tont. The photo was shot in 1963. I guess that makes it 50 years ago. I have a hard time remembering that far back. Jamers, magnetoman I may have to buy a few myself. They should be good forever. I think I may have a few more shots of Johnny in his earlier days at:

I rank no one above Mr. Johnny Cash.
I grew up to his music.
