One winter in Alaska the temps were cold for a week or so 30 below , motre or less, we had a very strange warm streak buzz through that created a lot of fog, followed by a dramatic drop in temps and resulted in the fog freezing, ICE FOG, The result were columns of lights coming off of sttreet lights traffic signals VERY SUREAL, and not a camea to my name ( Army field training exercise)

Good shots all of you with the sun column. Isn't nature wonderful? And isn't it great having this forum to share all these neat things with other people?
