Beautiful captures. Very sharp and colorful. I don't know how you do it. I can't even get a good shot of pigeons or seagulls and they fly slow!!

Took these after work, too foggy and dark here so had fun with the hummers

Thank You!! I have been feeding them for years, I think they are use to me, I just stand in between 2 of the feeders and shoot at either feeder that's next to me on my right or left...LOL

Great shots! We only see hummers during the summer months. I keep trying to get pictures of them but I they are hard to capture in a really sharp picture.

Thank you Perilin!! I have them all year round here!

pg 24
great series and capture.. I am hope they find my feeder this year!

Thank You Annette!! I usually have about 25 hummers every year on my 3 feeders!

They know where to find a good meal Dutch. I love how you catch them in mid flight.

Thank You Marj, catching them flying is the hardest for me, I am usually spinning in circles with my camera in hand...

Ran across this in my archives. Took this about 4 years ago. Actually, it is a composite...the background leaf on the right hand of the photo was imported from another photo. I'm always surprised at how this shot of dying leaves appeals to me.

Your leaves are very nice. Such clarity, texture and color

Here are some I took yesterday. The first is a pomegranate bush that I was practice setting on camera. The others is the sky that my husband saw and told me to get my camera.

I have never seen a pomegranate growing... cool shots!

Thanks I am glad that it did not freeze of this winter so that I could practice on it.

Hi, Annette! Been keeping sick Grands again! Determined to post at least one shot - taken Monday morning 2/4/13. The pre-sunrise was breathtaking and this is the view from my front porch.
