SKY

Probably a few of you, or possible many of you will ask why such a dull challenge, sky is sky.

When we awake in the morning one of the first things we do is look out the window, a tradition passed down to us which began while Noah was building his ark.

What I see in sky is one no ending background and everything from my eyes out to the sky and anything between us makes today’s challenge.

Yes, blue skies, clouds, sunbursts, moonings and everything else out there is what determines what our sky will look like…….
SKY br br Probably a few of you, or possible many... (show quote)

How can sky ever be a dull challenge... I always love a bright, beautiful sky in a photo. It adds so much. Your examples are beautiful.

Look forward to it! That is the reason I wanted to do this challenge because I needed to work on it too. I like to say I usually pick a different topic and practice for a month them move on to another topic but with these challenges I practice different ones every day!

So here I was at daybreak with my coffee and for the first two, in a pool. This is a salt water pool and is protected by a reef and by getting into the pool we can get some sweet eye level shots. I always use TV for sunrises and then as of late I wandered over to Oloneo and let my my mind wander too.

Shots were taken last spring at the Gran d Palladium White Sands Resort in the Rivera Maya area on the Yucatan Peninsula

Pics with a story. While cruising I saw the huge mass of black sneaking down from the north. I then set up and clicked away but the rains came, like a cow peeing on a flat rock and I never had the time to stow my tripod
