I would prefer it without the dirt, but Wendy's solution makes sense, have one with and one without. 8-)

With the dirt, you have an image with a personality; without the dirt you have ordinary. Leave the dirt.

Heck, with those eyes and mischievous grin she doesn't need any dirt to show personality. The dirt distracts from it. :-D

Thanks for every ones input. The Dirt Stays! and to all of you who love her eyes...I cheated a bit and lightened them with Photoshop.
