I just wanted to introduce myself, my name is Kim and I am from WI. I have been doing photography for 10 years. I shoot with a Canon XT and a Nikon D3100. I love both camera's and like to learn different techniques. I do not do this for a living just a hobby that I love.
In my first pic is from my Canon the second is from my Nikon.

Hi Kim -

Both of these captures are excellent! I have not shot with a Canon SLR for decades. I used a Canon FX 35mm film body I purchased when stationed in Berlin, Germany (so many decades ago:-). Have to say, using that Canon solidified my preferential choice to rely on my Nikon F2 35mm SLR instead at the time (not hating on Canon - just prefer Nikon design, build, and functionality. I have a D3100 also.

Here is a link to some of my images with that camera...

Thank you for repying. I love both my camera's equally. I have trouble from time to time with my Nikon. I believe it does not like the battery grip, so I need to take it off every now and then. I also cannot for the life of me figure out how to clean the rear sensor. When I click on it to focus to infinity it take a picture of a white paper 10 cm I do that and then it says battery not compatable. GEEZ... I should have left it alone. Par for the course..Now to U Tube
Thanks Again for the kind words and happy shooting
