Alaska: winter wonderland.
I really like the 3rd. & 4th pics.
#2 is the best for composition... The water just seems to fullfill the setting...
#5 is also a winner... See that Mr/Mrs Eagle side by side on the tree limb...
Now then......Whats with #5 ? You have some Totems missing that are in the other shots, and, a very tall Totem added....
#4 taken at a different time maybe ??????????????????????
I like the fourth one down best. Partially because there is an eagle in that shot. Also the snow and image itself seem to be at optimum contrast and brightness.
I like #4 just because the eagles are in flight.
All of these are great shots.I would have a canvas print on somebodys wall.
All good....leaning towards #3 but #5 would be a close second.
You give us hard choices to make Ivan! #1 holds my interest
looking for details. #2 doesn't do that. #3 is simply so
absolutely beautiful. #4 like 3 better than cropped version
#5.How did you "grow" those new poles so fast,ha ha, but really nice too. Realize it's going to say different things
to different people...and for different reasons!!!
I like them all but if you make me pick one I'd go with #4
I'd like 3 and 5, about the weather, I'm from southern california and is warming again, not that lucky over here.
I like three the best as it brings other elements of the location into the photo. It shows the lodge is on an island with a bridge to lead the eye to the building. It also has enough color showing on the totem pole and building to give more accent. I believe the last image is a digital conversion so you could make the same conversion to three.
#4 love the eagle in the shot, gives wilderness, Alaska, feeling. #5 for the isolation and surrounding blizzard feel. Nice photographs thanks for sharing.
Very nice wish I was there.
