I got one Buena Vista park pond Vista, Ca.
very human eye
good job of highjacking everyone!
I am so sorry trailerman if I was involved in a high jacking. I thought by the title you were asking for gull pictures. Duh, slap my forehead. I liked your shots and meant to say so but then someone mentioned feathered rats and got me going. It's all his fault! :-)

Until I really looked at you're photos, I hadn't realized that they have webbed feet like a duck. Amazing. Wonderful shots - Keep it up Alaska.

Sorry, no hijack intended... Did I misunderstand trailerman? I thought you were asking people to post seagull pictures. :?

Hey Alaskan - These(from Southeast Alaska and have copyright mark of 2011 Ivan Simonek) are really nice images of gulls, specially the second one. It is so perfect in it's colors and solid lines. Captivating! Thank you for sharing your images. Most likely they will cause a number of people to go out and try to get some good photos themselves....

I also must have also misunderstood the original poster (trailerman). Has trailerman communicated to you that he does not want to see similar subject images posted? If so, I will delete my images upon trailerman's request.

Dear trailerman,
I recommend that you keep the one with your wife and toss the rest. It is the only one that shows me something of what Oak Island is like. The rest are just seagulls and more seagulls -- they're a dime-a-dozen and could be anywhere. Adding your wife and the building makes for a great snapshot.
Which one would YOU like to have in an album to remind you of that time?
I rotated the picture 4 degrees counterclockwise and cropped what was left, keeping as many important picture elements as possible.
Best,
Michael Gray
Original submission by trailerman.
Rotated 4 degrees left to get verticals right.
Cropped #2 as well as possible.
I love gulls. They are so much fun to play with at the beach and lakes, and sometimes even parking lots.
