I have read all I could about this site and I believe I will give it a try. The one question I have that I could not find an answer to is can I store and retrieve my pics from any computer or device I log on to or just from the computer I sign up on? Can someone help me on this?"

I believe you will have to have remote access enabled on your personal computer in order to do that. I'm not really sure if even that would work... unless you have them on a website then sure you can.

The pictures reside on the smugmug website and are accessible from any computer...you just log on.

You can upload and download to your SmugMug Site (account) from any computer you log in from......haven't tried it from my EVO 4G but I don't see why not.
Smug Mug Heroes (Help desk) are just that....helpful heroes....quick and responsive.

Yes you can view your photos from just about any device (ie PC, Mac, iPhone, etc), but maybe limited uploading your photos from a PC and Mac unless you get special software for iPhone, iPads, etc. There is special software that you can use to download complete photos from from SmugMug with your sign-in. Arnold

Any computer or device (iPad, iPod, iPhone, etc) as long as you log in to your account.

If you are logged on as the owner or assistant, yes you can. With your mouse hovered over the main photo, a box will slide out from the right side. The folder icon at the bottom will allow you to download.

You could also set up a free account in Dropbox. Useful for many things besides photos
