Took this last year in S.W. Pa. looks like a juvie but not sure,any idea what brand he/she is? Hope this is in the right place. olympus e-420

I don't know. It may be a Sharp-tailed Hawk. The legs seem to have stripes on the leg feathers. That would be the mark of a Sharp-tailed Hawk. Birder
