I live in the Ozark foothills of Northeast Oklahoma and have been an avid photographer since my days in the US Air Force in 1966. I had access to a darkroom and extra time so took advantage of it. My two passions are photography and motorcycles. I have a Pentax ME Super 35mm, a Pentax *ist DS digital, Nikon F2 Photomic and a Mamiya RB 67 Pro S with a multitude of lenses. I have just recently returned to film photography but find digital and film each have a very valid place in photography. I live in a great part of the country for both riding and photography and hope to both share and learn on this forum. Oh yeah, I ride a Goldwing GL1800.

Driving across a bridge over Lake Eufala, I thought the scene below was very attractive and drove down to take pictures. Passing photographers honked their understanding when they saw me stuck in the sand.

I totally understand. I did the same thing under Standing Rock Bridge at Lake Tenkiller. A passerby in a 4X4 took pitty and pulled me out. I now drive a 4X4 SUV!
