Great tip. You can use the keyboard shortcut after making your loose selection with backspace, then the fill dialog shows up with content aware already selected, hit ok. Then Ctrl D.

I wasn't even aware of this feature in Photoshop CS5 until someone here mentioned it. Then I got an email from PS telling how to do it. Just select something you want to remove and leave a little space around the item. Go to edit, fill, and click on content aware. Below that, put it on normal and click okay. Control D to deselect when you are finished. Works beautifully!
