So far, I love this camera. I know it's offically not a professional camera, but from what I have taken so far...it works for me. Now if the weather would cooperate...I would be out taking more.

really beautiful! I love the colors, the composition, everything. There's perhaps a teeny tad too much vignetting but its really a nice shot!

Thank you! I also thought that I had overdone it a tad too much...but I kind of liked the "moody" aspect to it.

Great shot!!! Don't be afraid of the weather. Some of my best shots (stock) are in inclement weather. During and right after a rain, reflections are great and provide warm inviting images. The clouds during the storm can give great shots as well. Just keep your equipment dry and have fun.

I know what you mean. I bought one several months ago and I am still saying "I love this camera!"

Very nice shot. You absolutely do not need a professional camera for great shots. Most of my best shots were taken with a small pocked Canon camera that I have with me all the time. You can have the best equipment on Earth but if it's home in the closet when the photo opportunity arises it does you no good at all

That's something I love to do. Especially right after or before the rain when the clouds are just right. I've also been know to photog right before a tornado came through! Got some great effects. But...I am careful, especially about my equipment! My family has a hard time understanding WHY I would get out at those times...but that's why I do what I do! And thank you for your comment on the photo!

I'm so vey glad the guy at Best Buy knew what he was talking about, and just didn't try to sell me something for the price. Of course I did ask him a lot of questions...and I mean a lot. But he knew his stuff. I so appreciated that!!

This is a great capture and I agree with the above comment.
Interestingly enough, though, I didn't notice the vignetting until it was pointed out. So for me, it's just enough to heighten the mood.
