Only some of the tax provisions expire. The rest should be repealed, but that won’t happen because that would mean passing a law to raise taxes. Ooops, isn’t that what people are complaining about?

Isn't that chump change for the $1.7 Trillion OVERALL debt California has? Regardless if its left or right, $24 Billion still remains unaccounted for.
