I've loved watches since I was a kid 70 years ago. The one I would love to own but just cannot justify $20,000 or more is a Rolex.
Lately, there have been 'SuperClones' that are so good even some jewelers can't tell them apart. However, the problem is that probably well over 90% of the sites you see on line are a scam.
Does anyone know of a site that actually will sell and ship you a super clone?
Thanks,
Ron

My brother went to an authorized Rolex dealer in Canada to have his watch band repaired. The dealer took one look at the watch, and informed him that it was not genuine. Furthermore, if he touched the watch, he would have to call the police and have it confiscated.

Note that laws in USA may be different. No one in the USA has yet tried to confiscate my fake Timex.

There are certain conditions in which "fake" merchandise may be seized by the police, even if it's found its way to the private sector.

A number of years ago, the "Big Three" (Ford, GM, Chrysler) created a joint task force to go after people who made fake auto parts. When the cops busted a suspected Ford counterfeiter, if they found "GM" or "Chrysler" parts, they'd notify the others so they could get in on the prosecution also. At that time, the counterfeiters were making in excess of $10 million in sales annually.

rapper...I'm like you. Fasinated with watches. Have really cut back recently...down from 50 to 37.
I do have a fake Rolex I purchased from a recommeded store in St Maarten about 15 years ago. Submariner. It still looks new and keeps perfect time. Even showed it to a guy I knew in a Pawn Shop and he asked if I wanted to sell it.
Told him no and that it was fake. He looked it over and did not beleive it was fake. The owner came over and thanked me for showing them. Said he would have given me a lot of money for it. I paid $50.00 US for it. Love my watches!

Yep the history of watches and all the different models is intriguing. I especially like the dive watchs and their history. My folks bought me a Blancpaine 50 fathoms back in the '60s. Wore that thing everywhere for about 10 or 12 years, went in a drawer for the next 40 or so. My most recent dive watch is a Benarus megalodon # 28 when they first started up. Divers are fun.

Do you carry a cellular telephone? If so, what do you need a watch for other than vanity?

The reason he wants a watch is his business, not yours Mr. Holier Than Thou!

I wear a watch so that I just glance at my wrist to tell the time without dragging my phone out.
Oh, right! A lot of people carry it in their hand so they can look at it while walking into other people!
Sorry, I forgot that!
Cheers, Don

One of my friends has always been into copies of Rolex. And to me they look and feel like the real thing. He always got his when over seas. As far as websites I have no idea. I own one nice watch and a cheaper one that I have respired a lot over the past 20+ years.
