Experimenting with the sunset light

Because of the Oquirrh Mountains to our west blocking the sunset, our front garden never gets direct golden hour sunset light. Also, some parts of the garden get direct light and others remain in the shade. In this set, I tried to capture multiple flowers, some in the sunlight and some in the shade.

Comments and suggestions are welcome.

These are still nice shots, Mike. The subtle light adds to some of them.

Thanks, Jack, having the subjects just out the front door gives me time to experiment.

Thanks, Tom, that is a severe crop to get the two.

Mike, for me #3,6,& 10 captured the subtle blends of light and shadows wonderfully. Nice idea and effort.

Thanks, Howard. I used some different perspectives and setting to see how they were received. I appreciate your feedback.

Great shooting Mike. I like how you captured each photo separately
Sorry I am unable to post any of my 450 tulips this year…… the deer ate all but about 6 of them
Maybe some from the Holland Mi tulip festival in a few weeks.
