There's something special about wildflowers

whether they be Texas bluebonnets carpeting the landscape, Mexican goldpoppies tinting the hillsides of Arizona, or just any number of tiny little blue, white, red, orange or yellow beings that somehow found root and grew. I don't know if it's their wildness that appeals to me, or their insignificance that's not so insignificant that draws my attention. Some are tiny and easy to miss. Some are bold and sort of in-your-face. They're all special!
