Thank God America has the 2nd Amendment to protect honest citizens from being blamed for the killing of the people in the massacre. After all there is no sense in being able to drive 125, 150 or in some cases, vehicles that can be driven up to 200+ miles per hour. No state allows that speed limit so America should really outlaw all vehicles that can be driven faster than 100 mph. Owners will be mandated to turn the vehicles in to their local police station and the State will pay them what it thinks the vehicle is worth as scrap metal.
