I have only blocked one person in the years I have been a member. That person was in the attic. My reasoning was that this person was nasty, angry, attacking, aggressive, condescending and failed to communicate a meaningful dialogue. I enjoy a wide range of opinions, that makes it interesting, but I don’t have time for bullies or nastiness.

Easier than that, you can only send an 'olive branch' request to someone that is ignoring you. Also, there's no listing of all those people. You only find them one by one by investigation.
