Do you want the chaos of who decides what's murder? Whose jurisdiction?

Google could be a good friend to you.

Blurry,
Yes, murder can be a federal crime. Read the next paragraph and gain a little knowledge.

Murder is usually prosecuted as a state crime, but there are some circumstances where the federal government has jurisdiction. For example, if the victim is a federal official or law enforcement officer, or if the murder occurs on federal property. Other circumstances include:
The killing is committed on a ship
The defendant crosses state lines to commit the murder
The killing occurs during the commission of certain other federal crimes, such as drug trafficking, kidnapping, or terrorism
A murder related to rape, child molestation, or the sexual exploitation of children

Wait for what? More smoke? What are you threatening to do? Be specific so I know how scared I'm supposed to be?

Are you severely mentally ill that you would travel across country to spread your brand of fear mongering? Yup, that's a MAGA cultist jerk.

WTF are you taking about????

Pretty weak, I already knew that murdering a federal official constitutes murder under federal law or if it occurs on federal property, but if you kill anyone other than a federal official or in private or public lands other than federal lands then you will be charged under state laws..... Nice try at covering your butt and extending an argument that you don't seem to have been well informed of.

Blurry, br Yes, murder can be a federal crime. R... (show quote)

Again Frank, minus those exceptions murder falls under state laws.... You guys are weak, how many federal prosecutions of murder are there vs state prosecutions?

Yes Blurry, and if your grandmother had balls, she'd be your grandfather.
Please educate yourself and read Title 18 Section 249 of the US Code.

This is what you said. It's a clueless comment

I would guess that every medical facility who receives federal funds would like those rules to be standard across all states.

Remember the saying "the long arm of the law"!

There is no general federal law prohibiting murder, any federal legislation regarding murder must meet a limited set of specific circumstances..... You people are here just to argue and have lost all common sense, as Biden sinks you people are becoming irrational.

Wrong . It depends on who and where the murder takes place.
Don’t you watch FBI

And the motive too. Despite Blurry's protestation, there are many definitions that are very specific. Blurry is taking on dennis' and MAGA persona where their egos can't allow them to admit error. He is clearly wrong, but much worse, he's not critically thinking through the ramifications of either AZ or TN (and other states') laws.

Be specific -- Am I wrong about there being both state and federal statutes against murder? Was Blurry wrong by saying "I think not" to his own question which he didn't check first before showing his ignorance? Did he try to squirm out of what he said by stating "well, I knew that"?

That's all you need to comment on; anything else is just your own sour grapes from being proven wrong so many times.

Is it wrong to be right as often as possible?
