Start with yummy light, add Topaz Studio 2 City Flare filter, and secret spices. Cook.

Nice. The reflections off the wrought iron are really nice.

Thanks, Kathy. Golden Hour angle of sun + playtime
A striking image for sure. How do you feel about those blue streaks in the lower left, Linda? They bug the OCD parts of my little brain.
srg, L-Fox, UTMike - thanks! Sam the cbtsam, why oh why did you make me look? You know that now I don't feel any better about them than you do
Many thanks for your detailed eye!
I like it a lot. I think the little blue streaks evolve into purple and bronze as my eye goes from left to right. I think it’s just the light.

HA!! Blue streaks- like an earworm but for the eyes!
Very interesting image, Linda! I look at it and hear the hard tuned snare drums of a marching band...
Some years ago I posted an image of an orange- still on the tree- where the north sky reflected a surprisingly deep and saturated blue off several tree leaves. I suspect the blue streaks in your image are also a "North Sky" reflection and not simply reflections of sky; is that correct, Linda? If so, I'm very curious about the strength and quality of this "north light" business...

Thanks very much, Ellen!
The Topaz filter I used exaggerates a lot of elements
Here is a re-edit of the original file, to give you a bit truer idea of what I captured.

G'day Stephen! Great to see you.
I'm so glad you mentioned blue light; I've had snow shots where shadows were blue, and there's much mentioned about shadows or reflections when we study color of light.
On this photo, if I pushed the vibrance slider all the way to the right on my raw pic, and evened out the exposure, I found a bit of blue where Topaz did, and on the rocks and also on the trees in background.
Thanks so much. Come visit us again
I like image 1, it has a rhythm and the lines remind me of sheet music.
