HE has been sick for a very long time now. It is called Runathemouth disease, very common on the Left side of the political aisle. But give him a break. He is hoping to be POS Biden's next hired Cabinet CLOWN if Biden is reelected. lil tex has been practicing for decades just for this one opportunity to be chosen for the Biden cabinet.
