Very nice set of flowers, Barb. You comment that they are not perfect but it's not the flower but how you look at it that makes a difference. I liked the way you looked at them. Good show. Next thing you're going to say is that you didn't pay for them but spent a half hour in the flower department taking pictures instead.

Thanks for the feedback. I tend to see things a bit differently. I'll plead the 5th on your other comment. Trust me, the store is not losing money on me, as this is where I buy my peanuts!

What a great idea! Same for some of the garden stores!

Good work Barb. You might also want to try Home Depot and Lowe's if you have one close by.

A classic idea.
The flower shops and street venders have a much better collection of full bloomers than my yard has!

Since my flower selection is limited, I have been experimenting with flowers from my local grocery store. I was pleased when I saw that they had some outside, but like my flowers, the wind kicked up as soon as I started to photograph them! So into the store, I went!

Something a bit different for me. They are FAR from perfect yet, but as always it's part of my learning process!

beautiful take

Well done. The late Snap Shot used to make beautiful flower photos by going to the local grocery. I really enjoyed yours because they remind me of his work. Thank you for letting me enjoy your flowers.
