It's that time again!
We had our pup out for a walk the morning of the eclipse.
I saw the first image on the street and it made me think about … the eclipse.
I stepped around to get a different view and saw my footprints.
At first I thought Nuts! But then I saw it as an opportunity to get a shot of my footprints on the moon. 😆
Happy Sunday. A few shots from this week.
On the same walk, the street had some interesting color and I played with it with an app called Circular.

I like all of them but especially the wind catcher. The colors look very cheerful.
A few shots - some, just "snaps". Yesterday we took a 9 hr round trip up north ("down east") to see our grandson at college. Took the coastal route up - in the pouring rain. This is a little taste of rural Maine
A driving rain pounding the windshield
Passed over many ocean inlets
A brief sun moment over the Blueberry Barrens - yes, they are red as blueberry leaves turn red in Fall. This spring, fields will be burned in preparation for growth the following year.
Entering one small town, which is a big town up there. We were heading to Calais - 58 miles still to go.
And I finally worked up a couple "birds in a blizzard" pix.
