May they all rest in peace.
Angler was a good buddy of mine.

I'm nearly 82. There is more sand in the bottom of the hourglass than there is on top.

I haven't heard anything from Regis. Also, did "Cheers and Beers" get kicked off UHH again?

Interesting term, what is a “spot of bother”, if I may ask? An undefined illness?

A slight problem, or a small predicament. We just use it when we don't want to or need to go into detail.

e.g. 'Jacko's in a spot of bother with the Manager'. So Jacko's done something wrong and going to be taken to task for it but either he's chosen not to mention what or the conveyor of the message has chosen not to.

Yes, just saw that too. Thanks. Good reminder to leave a record of sites/online memberships with one's end-of-life instructions. And passwords.

I really miss TreePusher. He just disappeared. I really loved his creativity and humor.

Regis has a Facebook page, but last public post is from October last year.

John Shyer recently passed. He was a retired attorney and loved photography. We became email friends through UHH. I miss his fantastic wisdom and insights on life.

PS- Thanks Linda for posting this thread. I really miss Bob Malarz too. He was very instrumental in helping me with a special rig for my Nikon D850. Very nice man and talented behind the camera.

If you are referring to Graham Thirkill he decided to not associate with us old coots. I still keep in touch with him even though he is in England. He has a few grandchildren now and is having the time of his life.
Just because his jokes were too spicy for some of us. We send each other a whole bunch of rib ticklers and down right gut busters!

I remember GWR100 as a great HDR photographer. His images had excitement in them. I just realized I hadn't seen anything from him in quite some time.

I’m with you. It was one of the highlights of my day to see what the Treepusher had conjured up.

I think Gene51 took some time off last year and then posted again in Dec. But nothing since then. I miss him.
