It is when you use campaign funds.

But then, Blurry couldn't use his ancient history whataboutism false equivalency Clinton reference that has no bearing on this case just to alleviate his complicity in giving trump a pass on his crimes.

He's just kidding. He's more of a Biden type guy.

There were several women that credibly accused him of sexual assault going as far as rape, Hillary and George destroyed those women. There is video of Stephanopolous in his war room.

What the heck are you talking about; you're way too cryptic.

I have no outrage; just outlining the law, the charges and the evidence as put forward to date. The trial will decide the outcome. There's no hypocrisy from me; just truth. Can you dispute what I posted?

Do you not think that he can make a credible claim that he did not want the affair exposed to his family? It is bullcrap, if there is any question as to his motivation a fair jury would find him not guilty. This is law fare and that is all it is. Look back to the John Edwards affair, an almost identical case with the exception that Edwards used $1 million in campaign cash.

Yes, I think is the answer to your odd phrasing of your questions

Trump will get his chance to testify to that in court if he desires and the jury will decide if it's credible.

You are deep in denial. What he has done is wrong and it needs to be adjudicated and determined if guilty or not guilty as determined by a jury hearing the evidence. Even if you think others have done the exact same thing (neither Clinton nor Edwards are the same), it doesn't reasonably follow that trump should get a pass. That describes an environment where there is no accountability. Is that really what you're advocating?

Not sure about that’s, heck he is collecting million to pay his legs bills.
I thought the charge was the cover up/ passing the money through. Cohen and calling it a campaign expense, falsifying a document. May be wrong.

Perhaps you should read the charges. I don’t think where the money came from is involved- certainly not campaign funds is it ?1

Sorry, my comment was meant for Blurry. But no, especially paying extra for 'extra discretion' is part of the 'vig'. I'm wondering in which states would paying for abortions today get those guys in legal trouble now ... or a year from now?

He's charged with falsifying business records which is a crime. Keeping his wife from knowing is not.

That is VERY unlikely but what are you and your ilk do when Trump loses?

I think the right or the left should have to leave the attic for say 6 months

if their man loses.

Clinton made two mistakes, 1. Should not have been messing around with an intern,
2. Should not have lied about having “sex with that woman”. His statement should have been, “It’s none of your business who I have sex with. You hired me to be President, and that is what I am doing. No comment on my sex life as it’s none of your business”.

It was the second mistake that nailed him. If he had just not made his statement, he would never had had to deal with the lie that ultimately was his downfall.

As for tRump, he thinks he’s above the law, better than everyone else and needs to be punished for his illegal use of campaign funds and for tax evasion. Just like any other person who would be charged for these crimes.

I would love to be on the jury that has the power to deliver the right evidence based verdict that will pay him back for the illegal things he has done. No, I am not too biased, I just live in fact based reality.

They'd ask you if you participate in any social media specifically where political and especially trump discussions take place. We'd all be excused from serving due to that alone.

Yea. I agree. I would have to risk perjury and lie about that. 😂
