Al Gore's idea on climate change is about equal with methane from cows. But this article doesn't say booabout him or other activists and I think it's about time we get told the truth at least about this.

Some will agree and some will not. It just depends on what side of the bridge you are on.

Since we started burning fossil fuels in earnest, the CO2 and the temperature have risen in lock step. The world is hotter today than at any time since the CO2 was this high, a long, long, time ago.
The hotter temperatures are killing living things, destroying the environment, and exacerbating weather extremes, such as heat waves, hurricanes, tornadoes, etc.
CO2 is a proven green house gas. CO2 is produced by burning fossil fuels. CO2 is a waste product, it’s garbage. Why do people have trouble understanding that just like with household garbage and with sewage, we have to clean it up or it will sicken us?
Why do morons like that Greek jerk, think that it’s ok not to clean up after ourselves? Do you leave garbage all over your house? Do you use your bathtub for sewage? I’ve known people who have done both. You wouldn’t want to walk into those apartments (they were junkies).
Let’s just clean it up, because it’s the right thing to do.

Your scientific credential’s must be phenomenal, in order to be able to call a Greek scientist Professor a jerk and a moron!

No one ever mentions that water vapor is a much more insidious greenhouse gas than Co2. Why don't we study that for a while?

You go right ahead and clean up after yourself if makes you feel better. I don't mind. I appreciate you're not dumping trash and sewage. Nor do I. But, I'm not falling for junk science, either.

Humans have existed, including in most primitive forms, for only 300,000 years. But the Earth is 4.5 billion years old. What the climate change hysterics fail to address is what caused the earth to go through long, repeated cycles of getting hotter, then colder, for 4.5 billion years! And it has gone through these global warming and cooling cycles when there were no human activities to influence it. No cars, no coal mines, no oil production, factories, no excessive burning of anything! The CO2 narrative falls flat when examined against this long-term science.

What we do know is that the sun goes through long periodic cycles of changes in solar eruptions that affect life on Earth. And the Earth's orbit around the sun is not circular, but elliptical. And the Earth's inclination is changing over time, as is the movement of the magnetic poles, which appear to be trending towards reversing again. Who's looking at these natural cycles?

Notably also, when the Earth gets warmer, vegetation increases. When vegetation increases, plants absorb more CO2 and emit more oxygen--which is very good for humans and all other living creatures. I look forward to a warmer Earth, and only worry about a colder Earth. I can adapt to warmth but cannot survive freezing, particularly in the absence of fuel.

Scientists should be spending more time studying the natural cycles of the sun and Earth instead of jumping to a fixation on CO2 produced by humans. But, since political decisions drive granting money only to studies that support the CO2 narrative, we will wind up chasing our tails until we bankrupt ourselves and have to revert to primitive living conditions.

CO2 is necessary for plant growth, something important to remember.

Weather extremes have always been with us. Tornadoes, before people settled "tornado" alley, left little to no evidence of their paths. Hurricanes weren't observed until the West Indies were populated and observed. Since man didn't strip the Sahara Jungle of it's greenery, just how did that happen?

CO2 is the intake for all green plants, ergo it's not a waste product.

So, please take your screed and rant to the Russian, Chinese, and Indians. Please advise us of your success in convincing them of the error in their ways. See if you can stop the Chinese from bringing any more bituminous coal plants on line. Ask the Indian government to atone for their use of bituminous coal.

The percentage of CO2 in the atmosphere is currently 0.04%. Should the percentage of CO2 in the atmosphere ever drop below 0.03%, life on Earth would become extinct due to the demise of plant life. By the way, the largest source of CO2 in the atmosphere comes from the oceans (there are quite a few organisms living in them).

Water vapor in the air is a far larger contributor to elevated temperatures for as the energy rays pass into the atmosphere, they strike the moisture causing it to warm. Because the specific heat of air is 0.244 and the specific heat of liquid water is 1.0 (0.47 for water vapor with 970.2 Btuh per pound to change state from liquid to vapor), the moisture in the air contains much more heat energy than the air alone.

But, hey....there are no fortunes to be made on "water vapor cap and trade" as there is in "carbon cap and trade" in which investors can buy and sell carbon credits as an industry will need to purchase when they need more credits for their production from other industries that may have a surplus. This is why Wall Street is heavily investing in political contributions and lobbying.

Here is another discussion about climate change from 'real' scientists who believe that the subject is not settled! Well worth viewing.

In the US we could reduce our CO2 output dramatically and it wouldn't do one thing to the global numbers. Most of the output as stated here comes from China and India.

Let's not even get into the debate of the fact the environment and air is cleaner and better than it was during 1960's and 1970's....yet now we're in a crisis.

Oh...btw...theses same "experts" are the same experts that in the 1970's were worried about a coming "Mini Ice Age" and wanted to seed the atmosphere with stuff to warm the planet up.
