Still Drying From Last Year

My neighbor had a few of these plants growing last year but of course a bit greener and more alive. I have been meaning to photograph this one for some time now and was gone.
I am getting an older person Deja Vu moment thinking I may have posted this before. If I have I ask your forgiveness.
