Thanks very much Chief. You are absolutely correct. This rancher raises beef and has for about 50 years now. His family did before him. He takes great pride in his cattle. I can tell you his beef tastes as good as any I have ever eaten.

Thanks for making me smile. Our neighbor was working his spring calves yesterday. One of my favorite times of the year. We have been so blessed with spring rains in the Cross Timbers of Texas. Best bluebonnets and Indian paintbrush crop ever . . . or at least in the 81 springs I have seen.
