Her staff reviewed the server and determined that 30,000 were not work related and deleted them.

As I recall lil denny the judge did not tell her to hand over the emails at all. I may be wrong but that is not how I recall the situation at the time. Didn't the judge tell her NOT to DESTROY the emails?

But even if you are correct, isn't Hillary at fault for not doing as the State Department ordered her to do? I find it hard to believe such a ruckus was brought about if what you are saying is true.

I don't ever need your benefit of the doubt. You keep that just in case it is you who needs it far more times than I ever would.

Yes I would like you to answer the question. I have a belief, maybe you can give a yes or no, there are two types of Left Wingers, those who are lying and corrupt and who are working hard to PUSH America into Socialism. You know the types from reading posts here everyday. They want the LGBTQ groups to be honored above all else in America for doing.....Well I have no idea WHAT exactly but for some reason the Left Wingers who want to divide this country have made it their vision to have 3% of Americans honored for their sexual preference or for proclaiming men can have babies and breast feed OR women are really men just because they say they are with no regard to science that says completely differently.

Then there are those Socialist leaning Left Wingers who tell us the 1st, 2nd, 4th and 5th Amendments should not be valid anymore, that me posting something here should be outlawed because it does not go along with the Left's established desire of making Free Speech a bad thing, now to be called HATE Speech if you on the Left don't agree. My opinion is not wanted or accepted if it goes against the Left's opinion.
