My best guess from Google Lens and its links is that it's a Jumping Spider (Lyssomanes Family).

This appears to be a Green Magnolia jumping spider, we used to have quite a few here in Florida.

Thanks so much. I tried to go find him again and do a stacked shot with tripod. But alas, he saw me and hid deep in the plant. I will continue to look for him/her but we have more inclement weather on the way.
