But Fox told lies and got fined for the lie about the election no one got took to court about the Russian story and I agree with you there was not enough evidence as opposed to the election lies where hundreds of thousands of imaginary illegal votes were cast and no evidence has been found in four years of investigating. Let's see, could it be that the vote rigging never happened, surely not because the loser said it was going to happen planting the seed even before the election happened this hedging his bets.

To be fair, Fox had guests that told lies. If all was fair in love and news coverage, what Fox got fined for would put CNN and MSNBC so far underwater that they'd have to shut down. Everyone does it, but only Fox get's penalized for it.
