An actor that is hired to point a gun at people and pull the trigger? That was his job. The job of other people was to make sure that the gun was loaded with blanks, and to announce whether the gun had blanks or not. The gun was declared to be empty (cold). Those people are the ones that should be charged.

Baldwin should sue the hell of the people who were responsible for making sure the gun was safe and unloaded of live rounds. As much as I despise Mr. Baldwin, I feel sorry for what he had to go through and is going through and especially for the person that died and her family. It’s a tragedy.
