Another nice find and shot Tom. They tried to save it with rocks holding the roof down

I think you're right. I'm not a bit shy about approaching a neighboring home or barn to see if I can get the history of my target. In this case, there was nothing else round.

I remember when driving through NE Oregon on I-84 there was an old abandoned house and out building that interested me. I always wondered what the history was there, but it wasn’t a spot to pull off and investigate. I guess I’ll never know. Anyway, thanks for sharing this one.

You know that's right. Look at the section of the place that's below the roof that came apart. It has crumbled.

Well somebody keeps it mowed, and they put a nice tun roof on it at some point, although many years ago. Maybe it's been used as a fishing or hunting cabin

It's hard to guess right on things like this. That's why I try and get a handle on the real story when I can. Couldn't get it here, though.
