Nice shots. Unless that's extremely plush carpeting, the right front tire looks flat. As I look at shot #5, I cannot help but think about a kid today being confused as to how a rotary dial phone would work. If I tried to drive the Rolls, I'm not sure how I would start.
I saw it the same way. How do you operate it ?? Thanks for taking a look ... Dan

A long time ago, my cousins had a Model T Ford. We used to go for rides in it. It didn't have a starter so they had to crank it in front. Prior to starting, you had to move the choke to the start position. I believe that on this Rolls Royce, that is the knob coming out between the spokes on the steering wheel at the bottom. Once the car was running and you went to drive somewhere, you had to adjust the spark advance to accomodate your speed, acceleration and load on the engine. Again, I think on this Rolls, that is the wheel built into the steering wheel that say early and late on it. What the rest of the things are, I don't have a clue.
So the answer to the question, how do you operate it? Very, very carefully!
Fantastic images of a beautiful old classic dc3legs!
