This looks like the stairway to nowhere! Did you remove the building? It does leave me feeling a bit anxious.

I understand the anxiety, Kathy

Here is how it looked after I applied "high key" preset from Nik Silver Efex. The final look is a result of changing levels (similar to curves) significantly, raising brightness and cloning out some stubborn stains.

Thanks so much for your time and interest.

That helps! I really like the shadows. They confuse but really add to the idea of the image.

After following the leading lines Linda, do we take the " Leap Of Faith " off the top platform... ? I love it ! Great contrast and crazy lines...

Well that is trippy! It reminds me of things we did in the 1970s with Agfa Brovira #6 high contrast paper.

I like it.

Thanks, Bill! Mostly what I remember from the black and white class I took in 1990 (a year of evening classes at a community college while I was full-time Navy) is:

1. Watch the edges of your frame!

2. (darkroom work) It needs more contrast!

The more I look at this image Linda I was wondering if you have done anything in the way of extracting " Pics from within a Pic " from this ? I don't know what resolution you are working with but I see MANY interesting constructions.
