According to NY State Law, the bond amount was the correct amount based on the results of the case.

What did recently change was the interest rate charged post judgement, until the judgement is finally paid to the winning party in the case, it's been lowered from 9% to 2% as of April 30, 2022. In the Business Fraud Case, there are two different interest rates involved.
