Yea, back in high school (mid 60's) a friend of mine had one with the push-buttons up on the left-side of the dashboard. And then Edsel's had them in the center of the steering wheel (pre-airbag days).
When I bought my 2021 GMC Terrain, the salesman made a big deal about the push-button shift selector in the center column, but when I told him that Chrysler's and Edsel's had that in the 60's, he said he had never heard of that before acting like this was the first time that any manufacturer had offered something like that.

There has been so much imagination used in the photographs so far this week. I have not had much experience with photographing rust, so my entries are somewhat limited. Here are a few. The first is an old rusted out truck seen in a field near a golf course in Colorado. The next two are photos of a local railroad crossing bridge ( I believe no longer in actual use). The last few can be seen in Bisbee, AZ. It is an old mining town and there are some examples of the old equipment in various places in town.
