My first and last instinct is #2. Simple, creative, artistic and gets the message across at first glance.

People tend to gravitate toward 'Friendly' ' approachable' more than formal.
People do business with people they like and trust.
So Professional but Informal is a good Idea for marketing photography.
If that resonates with you, I'd gravitate toward #2.
But it is your business and whatever you choose should reflect your approach.
Almost everything is less formal now than it used to be.

I’m a graphic designer. I like number 4 but with a change. For your name I would use the same type face as number 2. It’s a little bolder and would show up better.
