Yes you posted the law but to preclude the thread from going off tract that law is not applicable to abortions and is for crimes on federal property I believe (although 38 of 50 states have similar laws).

The point was that the unborn have been recognized legally and DO have rights as a human… unless they are deemed an ‘inconvenience’ by their incubator.
